Booking conditions
Our tariff includes hot water, central heating, electricity, Private Car Park and V.A.T.
Please read these booking conditions carefully - To make your stay happier, more comfortable and enable us to keep our high standard of cleanliness, pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to inspect the Apartments during stay. Dogs are allowed on the clear understanding that they are kept under proper control. However, owners must not leave their dogs unattended in the apartment at any time, or allow their dogs into the bedrooms. Heavily moulting dogs are not allowed.
Only persons listed on the Booking Form shall use the accommodation. More persons may be added by arrangement, providing the capacity of the apartment is not exceeded.
Provisional booking: To make sure the Apartment you require is available, I would recommend you make a provisional booking by phone before you return the booking form with your deposit. Provisional Bookings will be held for 7 days.
Deposit: A deposit of 25% of total booking charge must accompany application. Acknowledgement of receipt of deposit secures firm reservation. Balance of booking fee to be received (without a reminder from us) six weeks Before taking possession.
Arrivals: APARTMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 3.00p.m. to 10p.m. DEPARTURES: APARTMENTS MUST BE VACATED BY 10.00a.m.
Security Deposit: To enable us to keep our very high standard of cleanliness, and have the apartment ready on time for the arriving customers, we reserve the right to charge a security deposit of £50 payable with the balance of payment. This deposit will be returned to you by post or credit card refund at the end of your holiday, however a deductions will be made if the Apartment is not left CLEAN AND TIDY - this includes cooker clean, all crockery and cutlery washed and put away, fridge left empty and bins emptied, leaving the Apartment as you found it. This also includes any breakages or any damage to the apartment. If something is wrong please inform us on day of arrival, so it can be rectified as soon as possible.
Lift: Please Note - the lift is for the elderly and disabled only, children are not allowed in the lift alone at anytime.
Cancellations: When you book any holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, then you will be liable for any cancellation charges we may have to make. In your best interests, we therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday and cancelled booking insurance to safeguard your holiday. We will enclose a CANCELLATION PLAN proposal form, which we have found to offer comprehensive cover at a very reasonable cost, and which includes cancellation protection in the event you are forced to cancel or curtail your holiday for reasons covered by the policy. For peace of mind, simply complete the CANCELLATION PLAN form as soon as possible, and return it with the appropriate insurance premium per person to the address given. Your CANCELLATION PLAN Certificate of Insurance will then be sent to you immediately.
Directions from M5: Continue from the M5 along the A38 to Plymouth after several Ashburton signs you will see Kingsbridge sign posted take that exit and turn left towards Dartington following the signs to Totnes, when approaching Totnes there is a red foot bridge over head, you will see a set of traffic Lights ahead, turn right at the lights signposted to Kingsbridge& Dartmouth, after going through Harbertonford, then Halwell, after about one mile there is a small left hand turn to signposted to East Allington & Slapton. This is a small Devon lane which is five miles long, after going through Slapton you will come to a T junction with the sea in front of you, turn right and Torcross is the Village in front of you.
